How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders usually ship within 72 hours. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Multiple items in a single order:
If you order multiple items, they may ship from different locations depending on stock availability. This helps ensure you receive your full order as quickly as possible.

Changing Your Shipping Address
If you need to update your shipping address, please email us as soon as possible at vft23official@gmail.com. We can only make changes before your order has shipped.
If your order has already shipped, you may attempt to redirect it using the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. Please double-check your address at checkout to prevent issues, as we cannot retrieve packages delivered to incorrect addresses.
Lost or Delayed Orders
Sometimes couriers experience delays. If your tracking information shows a delay, don’t panic. If your order hasn’t arrived within 20 days, email vft23official@gmail.com and we’ll investigate with the courier to find a solution.

Returns & Refunds
We offer free returns within 30 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for returns:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” cannot be returned unless faulty.
- Items must be in original packaging and in “as new” condition, including tags, ribbons, or specialty packaging.
- A photo of your item(s) prior to shipping is required for condition verification.
