Q1. How does shipping and delivery work?

Orders usually ship within 72 hours. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can monitor your order until it reaches you.
Please note if you order multiple items in a single order, items may ship from multiple locations depending on stock availability. This ensures you receive your full order as quickly as possible.
Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location. If you select express shipping, your order typically arrives within 1 to 3 business days. Choose standard shipping and your order generally arrives within 2 to 8 business days. Standard shipping is free for all orders over $50.

Q2. Can I change my shipping address?

Absolutely! Provided your order has not shipped, send us the new shipping address details as soon as possible, and we can update it for you. Email us at vft23official@gmail.com with your new/updated shipping address.
If your order has already shipped, you can still attempt to redirect it using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
Please note: We cannot retrieve orders successfully delivered to an incorrect address, so double-check your details at checkout.

Q3. Help! My order is lost or hasn’t been delivered.

Our couriers quote 2–8 business days for standard delivery, but delays can occur. Your tracking number may show a “delayed” delivery date in such cases.
If your order hasn’t arrived within 20 days, contact us, and we can initiate an investigation with the courier.

Please note: Investigation timelines vary by courier. We’ll work to resolve your issue as quickly as possible.

Q4. What is your return policy?

We offer free returns for 30 days from the date your order is delivered.

Not all items are eligible for return. Any exclusions will be noted on product pages or at checkout. To be eligible for a return:

  1. Item(s) must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Item(s) were not marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at purchase, unless faulty.
  3. Item(s) must be returned in original packaging and in “as new” condition, including tags and specialty packaging.
  4. A photo of your item(s) prior to shipping is required for condition assessment.
